Quick notes on our full-featured, premier tutoring technology:
Please do not be afraid of the technology. Sometimes parents are, but students almost always are not. We’ll step your student through our simple on-boarding process – usually, this takes only 15 minutes or less. Your student almost surely has already used Facetime and the like; our online tutoring will seem very natural.
We include a scheduling facility, accessible both by desktop and by smartphone, that you and your student can use to manage appointments – very easy and convenient – minimal phone tag!
Technical requirements on your end: a desktop or laptop computer and broadband internet access. A free smartphone scanning app is often useful (we’ll get your student going with this). A webcam is good to have but not essential (and chances are your student has one anyway). Depending on the subject matter and student needs, we may recommend our online tutoring kit (automatically included with some plans); we help your student get that going (easy!).
