We’ll send it to you by 2-day delivery in the US (international students, we will work with you to determine appropriate shipping). We’ll set it up (remotely) for your student and make sure he or she is comfortable with the devices. This typically takes about 15 minutes. Most students are immediately at ease with the gear. Should you have any problems, we’ll send out a replacement – so far this has never been necessary. The entire cost is refundable if you return the kit within 30 days of the end of our tutoring engagement.
