Transformation Prep world headquarters is about 4 miles from the scene shown in the clip that appears below this text: Duxbury Bay, Powderpoint Bridge. I am using this post to figure out about using video clips in this context and on Facebook, etc. Thought I might as well use a beautiful scene for my testing. Clip is by Ben Fichter and Tim Krusell.

Yes, a beautiful town, known to locals as “Deluxbury”. High tax rate. Many changes happening as far as real estate. It is loosing it’s quaintness and becoming a place for the elite only. It makes me sad for many reasons. Clap Labs kept a pretty low profile in town for a long time. Most people who grew up here, can’t afford to stay. Much beauty. Much history. Many stories of folks “loosing it all” in hard times. Write me. We can talk more about this.
Judy, Thank you for your comment! To be sure the area of Duxbury at the beginning of the clip is some very choice real estate (the rest shown in the clip is public land we all can use and enjoy), and from that, we get “Deluxbury.” But there are many “regular” houses here, and I know many people of moderate means who are making it in this town. Kind of like Manhattan: on average an expensive place to live, yes, but not ALL of it is the Upper East Side. Like many other South Shore towns, Duxbury has more than its fair share of beautiful spots, and the clip shows one of them.
