The Focus and Plus plans are upgradable and extendable. The Max plan is extendable.
If you decide part way through the term of the Focus or the Plus plan that you’d like a longer plan (Plus or Max instead of Focus; Max instead of Plus), we’ll upgrade you so that you will pay at a rate that is the same as if you had initially signed up for the longer term.
If you’d like to go beyond the end of your plan but not to the point of going to the next plan level, we’ll work with you to figure out an arrangement to get you the extra help at the rate you’ve been paying.
