24-hour notice cancellation policy. You will be charged the full session price if you or your student cancels or postpones a session with less than 24 hours notice, or your student is more than 15 minutes late and did not call or text to notify us about being late. We may waive this charge at our discretion.
Refund policy. Completed sessions: no refunds. Not yet completed sessions: Single sessions are fully refundable. Packages are refundable subject to a 5% termination fee at our discretion. However, as of this date, we have never imposed the termination fee and we do not expect to. In all cases, the 24-hour notice cancellation requirement applies.
By signing up for our online tutoring, you consent, or if you are a parent you consent on behalf of your student, to our choosing to record sessions. We use recordings internally for quality and development purposes. We will never use recordings publicly without your written permission.
