Here’s how to save 50% and still get nearly the full benefit of SAT / ACT Private Prep:
Find another student to share sessions with. You’ll each pay just half! (Yes, our online tutoring capability can handle two or more students simulataneously)
There are a couple of things to keep in mind.
- The most important is that the two students should be roughly in the same place – about equally experienced with the given test, and about equally able. If one student clearly does much better during the sessions, the other student will almost invariably feel quite awful. That’s just not something that will work well. The challenge here is figuring out whether the two students are indeed about equal. And if one consistently does the homework and the other does not, that’s trouble.
- Scheduling can be a problem. Be realistic about your students’ ability to meet at the same time. A regular schedule with us works best, but can you settle on one?
